Contacting Us

A visit usually, but not always, starts with a trip to your physician’s office. By law we can only provide services under a Doctor’s Prescription. That doesn’t mean we can’t see you or answer your questions beforehand though. We are frequently called for consults to determine what, if anything, is needed.

Sometimes bracing is temporary; other times it’s a long-term need. An Artificial Limb, or prosthesis, by its very nature is long-term; but, not everyone wants or has the same goals. So there’s no textbook solution to any one problem. Each device is often as unique as you are. In all cases the patient is fully involved in their care. We work closely with you, your physician, insurance carrier and all caregivers to provide the best possible service and device for you.

Sometimes, this can be an involved process. We provide a thorough evaluation; after all, your unique situation deserves nothing less. We all value our time; this is why we encourage calling for an appointment.

Homebound? We frequently travel to homes, hospitals and long-term care facilities. Again, just call, and we’ll discuss the best possible course to take.
